WW Weigh In

I was actually excited to go weigh in this morning. You know when your having a good week, and this has been a good one. I lost 3 more pounds. 15 pounds total lost since November 12 :) Guess working out is really the key for me -- as well as writing everything down. This week was one of my best as far as tracking every single day. I allowed myself 4 extra points for my exercise every day. So I've been averaging 26 points a day. It is so doable! I will keep on this path. I will lose the weight. I'm totally focused.

I have an appt at the blood center this morning to give blood. I will get out for a run this afternoon. Party tonight!! Gotta earn some points for that.

update on workout: Just finished up a 45 minute power walk/run = 4.11 miles, 588 cals. Feeling AWESOME!!! Looking forward to a few drinks and lots of fun tonight.
