WW Saturday

I gained .40 this week. Bummer! I know the problem -- and that was I slacked in my journaling this week. New points, new week. It will be off next week.

Ran 3 miles on the treadmill this morning. Then after WW went on a 30 minute walk with Mary and Katie. Eating my oatmeal now.

My goal this week -- H2O. Drink 3 of these 32oz bottles every day, in addition to the water I drink when I work out.
