1 Point Left

I have such a hard time sticking to just 22 points a day!! I swear that is what keeps me working out -- the extra points. But today I took off again, after 6 days in a row of cardio. So 22 points it is.

I accomplished my goal of drinking the 32 oz water bottle 3 times today. I filled it a 4th time and am working on that right now.

bfast: coffee w/cream (1); 1 fried egg (2); 2 Brown N Serve Lite sausages (2)
lunch: market day seasoned chicken strips 4 oz (3); 2 tortillas (3) salsa (0) cheese (2) sour cream (1)
Snack: 2 white cheddar rice cakes (2)
dinner: WW Beef Peppercorn (4)
snack: pudding (1)

Back to the gym tomorrow.

My period is back again started today.
