Just finished up a 46 minute treadmill workout -- ran the first 30 minutes (3.18 miles) then walked the last mile at a slower pace and a high incline. Total: 4.15 miles, 602 cals.
I'm ending the month of January with 27 days of workouts!!!
Need to shower and get to my 10 a.m. dental appt -- have to have a tooth fixed (filling cracked).
b-fast: coffee (1)
lunch: baked potato (3); chicken broth (0); salsa (0); sour cream (1) 2T cheese (2); small piece of chicken (1); diet pepsi w/lemon (0)
snacks: apple (1) ww mini oatmeal bar (1); banana (2)
dinner: cod fillet (2); 1 cup chicken rice (5) asparagus -- and more asparagus (1)
snack: 1/2 regular size bag of orville light popcorn, split with Clint (3)
WATER: three 32 oz bottles. goal accomplished, and working on #4
