YAY made it through January!!!

Another month and still motivated :-)

Went to the gym this morning -- 15 min. stepmill, 75 floors, 1.57 mile, 193 cals; 35 min precor elliptical, 3.21 miles, 408 cals; 20 min. recumbant bike, 7.20 miles 162 cals. Upper body weights.

b-fast: coffee (1); 1 banana (2)w/1T peanut butter (3)
lunch: lean cuisine beef peppercorn (4)
snacks: carmel cakes (2); 20 sourdough pretzle nibblers (3)


Water: 3 20oz bottles at the gym, and 1 32oz bottle on the way home. YIKES!! I will wait until this afternoon to have more. My hands are freezing!

VIP day at school today. Heading over there at 2 for church and to see the kids' classrooms. Clint's Mom is going to be there as Kelly's VIP, and Colin's godmother Mary, my sister, is going to be Colin's VIP.
