Nice stressful morning getting the kids up and ready for the bus in time. I needed my workout! 17 minutes stepmill (80 floors, 1.66 miles, 211 cals); 17 minutes Precor (1.50 miles, 193 cals). Weight room for almost 30 minutes of leg and lower body weights 3 sets of 10 on the leg sled; the prone leg curl; leg extension; abducter, back extension; and 4 sets of 12 on the abdominal machine. Then back to cardio for a 35 minute treadmill run/walk 3.26 miles, 469 cals. Nice and sweaty!! Drank 60 oz of water.
Update -- note to Clint!! Isn't that something about the 3.26 miles!! I did 35 min exactly and don't you know, that is where it stopped at. I had to smile and think that you were with me there today. ;-) A little reminder that you are always here for me. Thanks!!
