Monday

Treadmill workout finished -- 60 min. run/walk, 5.05 miles, 729 cals. One 32oz bottle of water finished. I ended up drinking 5 of them yesterday.

Need to shower and have b-fast.

bfast: coffee (1); oatmeal (2); raisins (1); skim milk (1)
lunch: huge salad -- lettuce, red onion, red pepper (0); 1 oz avacado cut up (1); 2 oz chicken strips (2); dressing (2); 1/4 c cottage cheese (1). BEST 6 point lunch in a long time!!
snack: 20 sourdough nibblers (pretzles) (3)
dinner: chicken steak (2); pasta and veggies, 1 cup (1); baked potato (2), margarine (2), salsa (0), sour cream (1). Salad w/dressing (2)
snack: pudding (1)


128 oz of water

Goal points: 22 + 4 exercise points = 26
