Bally's -- cardio and upper body weights

Finally -- back to the regular routine for all of us. I went to Bally's this morning, and it was busier than usual. 15 minutes stepmill (76 floors, 1.57 mile, 202 cals); 15 min crosstrainer (1.52 mile, 223 cals). Then went to the weight room and did upper body weight for 30 minutes. I did 3 sets of 10 on each of these machines -- pushdown (arms); cambercurl (arms); vertical row (back); shoulder press (shoulders); incline pec dec (chest); vertical chest press (chest); pulldown (back); pullover (arms). And 4 sets of 10 on the ab machine. Then back to cardio for 35 minutes on the treadmill -- 3.10 miles; 397 cals. I've already drank 4 bottles of water -- 64 oz so far.

Update -- ending the day with 24 points. Not eating after 7 p.m. (My goal this month is to stop eating by 7 or 8 at the latest). Also drank another 20 ounces of water.
