Finally got back to the gym this morning! I did 20 minutes stepmill, (95 floors, 1.98 mile and 250 cals); then went to the weight room for lower body weights. Then back to cardio for 13 minutes on the crosstrainer (1.32 mile, 196 cals), and 35 minutes on the treadmill (3.27 miles, 484 cals). great sweaty workout. Also drank 4 20oz bottles of water already.
