I managed to get two workouts in this weekend! I usually find an excuse for why I don't need to do it. This afternoon I was feeling particularly stressed (read that to mean CRABBY), so I got on the treadmill and ran/walked 4.34 miles, 48 minutes, 642 cals, 529 feet. I feel better, much better. And I'm sure my family is happy that I sweat off my crabbiness.
I need to get 4 more workouts in at Bally's in order to get my entry into the sweepstakes. So that is where I'll be all this week.
One more week until Santa :-)
