Water: 9 a.m. - 32 oz
lunch: Salad -- lettuce, red onion, ham, 2T cheese, dressing (5); diet pepsi w/lemon (0)
Water: 1:30 p.m. -- 32 oz
Went to Target today and bought multivitamins (Centrum). Took 1st one w/my lunch.
Afternoon Snack: string cheese (2)
dinner: 4oz Pork Tenderloin (3); 1/2 cup Chicken & Herb Rice (2); salad w/dressing (2)
11 p.m. snack -- Blue Bunny root beer float bar (2)
It is 11 and I just finished doing 3 hours of typing for the lawfirm. Going to eat my bar and watch some tv and fold laundry. The work never ends!! I'm feeling really good having survived another day "on points".
