Slept in until 8:30 this morning. I love these lazy mornings! I got on the treadmill for 4.07 miles walk/run intervals. Felt great. Colin to dental appt. Emma gymnastics. Cold Stone Creamery for treat. Colin haircut. Grocery store for dinner. Library. HOME SWEET HOME! I'm watering the flowers and the lawn. Everything is starting to look brown. It has been a hot month so far.
