I just got back from running my 3.4 mile route. I timed this run just to see where I'm at with running outside. Took me 29:55. My goal is to improve that time over the next couple of months. At the 3 mile mark I was at 26:42, so just a little under a 9 minute mile. I'm dog sitting my sister and BIL's dog this week. After my run I took Bailey for a short walk. We even jogged a bit. She seemed to enjoy that :)
Emma has a playdate today after school. So I have the whole day to myself. Boston Store has a big sale on, so I'm going to shower and head over there :-) I need to get some new running clothes.
At 3 today Colin's 3rd grade class will be erupting their volcanoes on the playground. I feel like it was just yesterday we were doing Kelly's. Time just keeps on a moving.
