Cardio workout #2 -- 65 minutes mixed up cardio on the treadmill (5.26 miles)
dinner: BLT -- 2 slices bread (2); 3 slices bacon (2); lettuce, tomato (0); 1T lite mayo (1) 1 slice avocado (1). YUM!!!! small bowl of soup (3)
snack: yoplait light very cherry yogurt (2)
