Thurs

I started off my day with a good workout at Bally's -- 35 minutes elliptical; upper and lower body weights.

However, that is about the only good thing I've done today. I've just been beat! I don't feel like doing anything. In fact it is 5:45 and I have nothing planned for dinner. It is going to be easy tonight.
