Friday, the good, the BAD and the UGLY

Well I tried to tell Tammy my scale was broke, but man she gave me a HARD time about not wanting to report my weigh in. I'm UP to 163. Unbelievable! I'm so disappointed with myself. I got off track with the eating for a few days this week. Not sure if I can even blame it on Aunt Flo, but what the hell!!

I feel good today. I just finished up a 65 minute treadmill workout -- 6.07 miles.

b-fast: coffee (1); string cheese (2)
lunch: bowl of soup (4); 10 saltines(3)
snack: tootsie pop (1)
dinner: small baked potato (2); sour cream (1); soup (3)
snack: Blue Bunny root beer float bar (2)
snack #2: hot chocolate (1); oatmeal raisin chewy granola bar (2)

TOTAL POINTS: 22

ITS OK JAN .. 163 big deal.. you will lose it and then some this week!! YOU CAN DO IT...
STAY AWAY FROM THE GREEN BEER LOL.
