Spring

Even though it doesn't really feel that springy, at least it is a little bit warmer around here -- upper 30's. I had to help in the computer lab at school this morning. So after dropping the kids off at school, I came home and went right out for a run. I did my 3.4 mile route. Ran the whole thing, no walking breaks.

Did a 2nd cardio this afternoon. I power walked w/incline for 75 minutes -- 5.20 miles. Great workout.

b-fast: coffee (1)
lunch: microwave popcorn (5) diet pepsi (0)
dinner: spaghetti 1/2 cup noodles (2); ragu sauce (2); meat (2); garlic bread (3)
dessert: nestle crunch bar (6)

and Im hoping your had more for breakfast than COFFEE?
