Monday

I took yesterday off from exercise. Felt darned good!! AF came yesterday and I'm feeling quite bloated.

Back at Bally's this morning. 30 minutes stairmill; upper body weights; 35 minutes precor elliptical.

b-fast: coffee (1)
lunch: big bowl of mexican soup (4); 10 saltine crackers (3); 7up plus (0)
snack: tootsie pop (1)

2nd cardio: ran/walked 5.17 miles; 65 minutes.

dinner: pork tenderloin (4); red potatoes (3); salad w/dressing (2)
snack: jello w/cool whip (1); M&M cookie (3)
