Another great workout at Bally's:
30 minutes stairmill (can you tell I missed the torture?)
lower body weights and a few upper machines
30 minutes precor elliptical
4 p.m. -- following Bob Greene's bootcamp book, decided to get a 2nd cardio in today. 45 minute power walk w/incline. Not sure I will do that very often, but on occasion to boost things up a bit.
b-fast: yoplait light white chocolate strawberry yogurt (2); coffee (1)
lunch: small tortilla (2) chicken strips (2), salsa (0), lettuce (0); cup of soup (2)
dinner: spaghetti: noodles (3) 1/2 c ragu (2) meat (2) salad w/dressing (2)
dessert: 2 Carmel delight girlscout cookies (3)
water: XXXXXXXX
