My clock is way off this week. I just can't seem to get into a good groove with the workouts. I can tell I'm getting the cold that the kids have. Lovely. I finally got on the treadmill at 4 this afternoon and did a 4.26 mile power walk with incline. I'm glad I forced myself on there. I'm not doing so well with the points accounting this week. I suck at it some days. I was parent helper this morning -- the snack was a bread stick from the bread store -- along with a dixie cup of soft butter to dip it in. It was very good!! How many points? No clue. Came home and had my mexican soup for lunch, but while it was cooking, I found myself putting doritos into my mouth. I don't think the scale will be kind to me tomorrow. But I refuse to STOP. I'm still on my way to goal. I will get there!!

ok.. great job with the treadmill!! I didnt make it on there today.. ugh..
however.. this comment is about you not me ...
now.. about the breadstick and butter.. I would say no less than 7 pts.. and my question is..
why did you have to eat it? and what made you accept it as "your snack" and not the "classes snack".. you had no business eating it! .... if you were hungry .. then there are other options right???
ok .. with that being said... TOMORROW IS A NEW DAY .. You will not eat butter and breadsticks lol.. and I will exercise!
