Just finished up a 5.3 mile walk/run on the treadmill. I followed Oprah's advice from her show on Monday, and for some of my walk, I slowed the speed down, and had the incline up to 12% for 6 minutes. My legs are feeling it!
Emma is home sick today. Temp is 99.9, runny nose and just feeling blah. I want to go see Colin do his reading at church -- it will only be a few minutes. I'm going to take her with me and sit in the back.

lunch: mexican soup (2); 55 fishy soup crackers (3); H20
snack: cup of mexican soup (1)
dinner: lean cuisine spinach and mushroom pizza (6); 7up plus (0)
dessert: ww double fudge cake (3)
WATER: 32 oz mug: XX
