Hard to believe it is February and we are still doing well with our goals. It is tough, but worth it! I screwed up on my points yesterday and went over at dinner. It is done and over and today is a new day full of points :-) I'm doing a detox day. lol

Bally's workout: 40 minutes crosstrainer; upper body weights and abs; 15 minutes stairmill.

b-fast: 1/2 grapefruit (1); coffee (1)
snack: string cheese (2)
lunch: mexica soup with 2 strips of mexican chicken cut up in it (3)
snack: string cheese (2)
dinner: shreaded bbq pork (4); bun (2)
snack: WW chocolate chocolate chip muffin (3)

Since I was over in points yesterday, I'm stoping at 18 today.
