Thongs!!

Went to Bally's again this a.m. I did 35 minutes on the Lifefitness crosstrainer (elliptical arms and legs); upper body weights and squats with a weight bar and then with a 10 lb medicine ball. Then I was going to go on the stairmill again, but just as I was walking up there, some skinny young thing ran in front of me and jumped on it. WITCH!!! LOL So I went on the treadmill for 25 minutes. Good sweaty workout. Lots of H20.

Why is this titled "thongs"? I was in the locker room and their was a 60+ year old woman standing in her thong and bra, blow drying her hair. Everything hanging out all over. lol This is why I stay out of the locker room as much as possible. ;-)

Counting points today:

b-fast: coffee w/cream (1)
lunch: 1 tortilla (2)
WW Sirloin Beef & Asian Style Vegetables (3) (I put part of it on the tortilla, YUM)
1 can 7up plus
Snack: Orville Red. 94% fat free butter snack size popcorn (2)
Clementine orange (1)
Dinner: Lean cusine Spinach and Mushroom pizza (6)
diet pepsi
Snack: WW french style cheesecake (3)
sugar free cherry jello w/lite cool whip (1)

Ended the day at 19 points.
