Stairmill

I've discovered a new cardio workout at the gym. OMG it was tough! It is the Stairmaster Stairmill (revolving stairs). I did it for 15 minutes and thought I would die. I was dripping sweat. It is now on my list of favorites for cardio. After the stairmill, I did about 20 minutes of lower body weights. And then went on the Precor for 35 minutes. I feel good! I've had three 33 oz bottles of water already.

B-fast: 1 grapefruit w/splenda; coffee
snack: yoplait light apricot mango yogurt; 1 serving of low fat wheat thins (see what you did Tammy)
lunch: 1 tortilla w/southwestern chicken strips on it; 1/2T sourcream; 1T shredded cheddar
1 cup of my famous mexican soup
7Up Plus (YUM)
snack: M&M cookie bar -Why do I bring this stuff into my house???
dinner: WW baked ziti meal
baked tostitoes
snack: sugar free cherry jello w/light cool whip
handfull of conversation hearts.

I know, I know, my eating sucks. Tomorrow I will count WW points and see approx where I'm at. How can I work out like a maniac, and then eat like this?

Tammy the 7Up plus is really good. It is 7UP w/mixed berry (pink colored) made with Splenda -- 10 calories in the whole can.

WOW.. Jan.. you are freaking awesome..I dont even know what those machines are..but they sound TOUGH lol.. what is a precor?
