B-fast: coffee w/1T vanilla creamer (40 cals); 1 cup OJ (110 cals); 1 egg fried (70 cals). Snack: Spree flavored candy cane (50 cals); Lunch: Lean Cuisine Sesame Chicken (320 cals); diet pepsi (0 cals); snack: 3 spoon fulls of Emma's cookie dough blizzard from DQ -- hey its better than the whole thing. I had to watch it melt in the cup on the table and then I threw it away. What a waste!! LOL. another snack: handfull of sunflower seeds; 2T peanut butter (hmmm must be that hungry time before dinner -- stress with kids doing homework, fighting, etc). Dinner: Chicken oriental stirfry (170 c) (tasted like crap); 1 eggroll (170 c), water. Well at least I'm writing it all down. Even the spoonfuls of peanut butter. I'm off of here to go watch Dr. Phil's weight loss show, and the Big Fat Loser. Motivation perhaps?
