I got up at 5:30! Did a 45 minute power walk w/incline and 5 minute cool down, 3.63 miles, 572 cals. I'm the parent helper in Emma's class this a.m., and working in the library this afternoon. Glad to have my workout behind me. Feeling really good. Aunt Flo is here again -- was just here 3 weeks ago. My cycle has been screwed up since November -- every 2-3 weeks. Lucky me, NOT. I have an appt in February.

Jan.. I find myself reading your blog and feeling sooo freaking jealous.. my gosh.. your exercising is KILLING ME... I feel like I should be losing weight just reading what the heck you do everyday lol... you are my inspiration!!! you go girl!!! Im going go to the Y today and ask about their facilities and baby sitting services.. and see if I cant get into more than just the treadmill!!! I WANT TO BE YOU YOU YOU!!!!
