Getting back at it

In the two weeks since the half marathon, i apparently experienced runner's letdown.  Heck I don't know.  It has been hotter than hell here the past 2 weeks and I've had no energy.  I've been eating crappy foods and feel like shit.  FINALLY this morning it was cool enough to run outside.  I literally felt like i was sweating off 10 pounds of sugar.  yuck.  I feel so much better now!!  and ready to continue on my journey.
