Happy St. Paddy's Day

Went to a 7 a.m. WW meeting with Clint this morning . . . too damn early on a Saturday.  I lost .4 of a pound.  169.  Still losing :-)

Gorgeous morning -- going to head out for a run in a bit.

Happy Saturday.

Dinner tonight with Kelly, Alex, Colin & Emma.  Highland House.
