Beautiful day today – 50’s when we woke up at 4:40 a.m. !!
Got a great workout in – did 15 minutes on the stairmill and 40 minutes
on the TM. 5 miles total. I watched Biggest Loser last night and was
motivated to push myself faster on the treadmill. I did my last 30 seconds at 10 mph. Damn that is fast – thought I was going to
fly off the tready.
