Tues Stairs and my daily points

Started our day off with a workout.  I did 20 minutes on the stairmill and 35 minutes on the treadmill.

Here is my planned out day.  Ugh a lot of processed crap -- but it just happens to be all I have.  The chicken tortellini is 9 points for 1 cup.  YIKES!  It has 52 carbs in one serving.  WOW.  Plus 2 points for sauce. So pretty much the the rest of my day is very little.  5 points for b-fast.  5 points for lunch.  and gotta have my ice cream bar which is 3 points.  That leaves me with 2 points left.  26 points seems like hardly anything some days.

no i only get 26 now. they changed it. not really sure why. I almost always go over a few points every day and it goes off of my extra points. 26 is not enough!
