Movin Monday Morning

Back to the gym this morning -- I did 5 miles again.  Woohooo.  I'll update later with my WW weigh in.  Another gorgeous January morning.

Bfast -- banana and coffee.  Would love some oatmeal, but don't like to eat too much until after weigh in.  grrr.

UPDATE:  My ww weigh in was 175.  Lost 2.4 pounds from my last weigh in on 12/19.  That means I made it through the holidays and lost weight.  WOOHOOOO.  I'm very happy.  Now time to knock out the next 5 pounds.  I want out of the 170's baby.  I've lost 30.4 pounds total since July 11.  Unbelievable!  Oh wait it is believable. Last night I read through the last several months of blog entries, and darnit I've worked hard.

Don't think I mentioned earlier, but Clint just joined WW on Saturday.  Yay I'm excited for him.  I hope he sticks to it and can take off the weight his doctor told him he needs to.  I'd love nothing more than us to go into our empty nester years at goal and being healthier than ever. I"m jeaous -- he gets like 46 billiion points.  Grrrr. lol

I would feel the same Jan in regards to the weigh in .. starve until you step on the scales lol- WOW.. another 5 miles. go you .. thats awesome.. over 700 calories burned.. thats crazy.. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR WEIGH IN .. I CANT WAIT TO HEAR!!! YOU WILL DO AWESOME.

Another comment from me. Laying here in bed with my phone reading your updated blog. Awesome about the loss. I can't believe yiu have taken off 30 pounds. That is soooo amazing. How u must feel!!! Good for you Jan. and it's awesome that Clint has started WW. What does he think so far? And I hope your mom has some tablecloths for ya. I can't wait for pictures. Your r gonna have to take your self antiquing. Woohooo. Congrats again.
