Monday misery

Went to the gym this morning.  I did 60 minutes on the treadmill -- 5 miles.  My scale has barely budged.  I'm trying not to be frustrated, but I am.   BLAH.

dont be frustrated.. have you had a high food day?? if not HAVE ONE!!! .. get your metabolism going.. shock it!
