Bfast:  oatmeal w/skim milk (5 pts); coffee w/creamer (1)
Lunch:  salad with can of chicken; neman's low fat dressing; apple; carrots (7 pts)
Snack:  bag of Jolly Time Healthy Pop (7); WW snack mini bar -- chocolate pretzle blast (2)
Dinner:  Low Mein Stir Fry veggies (3); Chicken breast in stiry fry (4)

29 points so far

Going to have dessert -- Dark Chocolate Raspberry Ice Cream Bar (3)

Ending day at 32 points  ahhhh well. lol
