Yikes, haven't worked out in three days and feel like crud from all the sitting around and eating and not following points and eating healthy. GROSS!!! I forced myself to go to the gym this morning. So glad I did -- I can turn this slump around quick. I ran/walked 5 miles on the treadmill. Feel better already. Gotta go to the store and get some clementines and bananas. YAY. Back on track. Today's workout was #15 for December.
