Weigh in day -- I wanted to get a "last chance" workout in this morning, so we went. Plus we are aiming for 15 gym workouts in November. This was #3 of 15. I did 3 miles on the treadmill before accidentally hitting off the safety strap and turning the darned machine off (UGH) so then I switched over to the stairmill for 12 minutes and did a little under a mile. Made Colin's favorite Chicken enchilada recipe for dinner tonight. It is all set to go in the oven tonight and I made the Spanish rice last night so we only have to heat it. It is a high point meal (15 points for 1 enchilada and some rice), thus the reason we are having it on Monday (weigh in day lol). Great start to my day this morning :)
