Slowly . . .

Down 1.4 more pounds.  14.4 pounds total.  191 pounds.  I want out of these darned 190's!!!!!!!!!!  Next week hopefully.

I'm happy though -- I was out of town this past weekend for girl's weekend.  we had a great time, and I still managed to follow program.  Saved my extra points.  And we went for long walks both Sat. and Sunday.
