Crockpot Vegetable Soup

this is an easy soup recipe, and is 1 WW point a serving.  Makes for a great lunch.  I cooked some chicken breasts and am putting 1/2 of one in my soup for lunch today.  4 point lunch.  Clint and i set our alarms to get up to go to the gym this morning, but we didn't :(  We chose 6 a.m. sleep in time instead.  Walk tonight honey??

My scale has been looking good this week.  Now to make it to Monday and have it say the same thing -- that is the goal. lol

Here is my soup -- has a whole bag of spinach; carrots; onions; celery; a couple of cans of tomatoes (I buy the ones with flavor in them); a box of chicken broth and a few sprinkles of red pepper flakes (that gives it some kick).  i think that is it.  It is yummy
