New program . . . seems like a PITA and more of a hassle. But I'm going to try and follow it. Hard to change from the old to new. No more slide calculator thing. Points are figured out compeltely different. What used to be my 2 point yogurt is now a 3 point yogurt. Some foods have gone down in points, some up. We get more points -- 29 is the minimum number of points. I get 30. The extra weekly points have gone up too.
One big thing is that fruit is considered free. 0 points. Eat as many bananas as you want. Exciting. I guess until I actually figure this program out, i will eat fruit -- lots and lots of fruit. Oh joy.
Wouldn't it be nice if I could make it to January 1 and weight 189.6? Geeze really is something that these numbers don't even motivate me anymore. There used to be a day where 150 was mortifying to me. :(
