I was up early and had my coffee, and read my emails. By 8 a.m. I was ready for a run. I did 3.4 miles and ran a lot more than walking. It is really hard to transition out of those walking breaks. But I really want to get back to running full time. I did 3.4 miles in 37 minutes. GO ME!!!!!! I know this is slow, but it is my base and it will only get better :) I'm psyched.
