6 days post marathon and Clint and I got up this morning and went for a 3.4 mile run/walk. Felt AMAZING! I want to declare I LOVE RUNNING! My next goal is to get back to running a 5K without doing the walking breaks. I want to become the runner I was 10 years ago -- I want to run like I did when I was 10. Thus why I must accomplish a bigger goal . . . and that is to lose 40-50 pounds that are holding me back. . . . stay tuned.
