I just got back from running 5 miles -- 58 minutes. WOOOOHOOOO. In the rain!! OMG I think this is almost harder than the marathon training. I am running 1 mile stretches without walking, then I take a 1-2 minute walk break and run another mile, etc. I'm getting ready for the Discovery 15K run next Saturday. 9.3 miles. Yikes.
I feel good :)
