Clint and I did 3.4 miles tonight. First run since Saturday's long run. It went well. I got a new bra on Sunday. OMG that baby is something else. The lady in the running store talked me into trying it on. I guess it was was featured on Oprah. My boobs did not move in it. lol Let me see if I can find a picture. lol Cute hey!! Mine is black -- in case you can't see, there are hooks going all the way up the front and middle. Felt like I was wearing a corsett.
Here is the other thing we bought -- hopefully will make the next long run less painful:

and wow.. cool stuff for your thighs.. Ive never seen nor heard of that.. -- but.. heck.. My legs never rub together.. (and Im an effing liar)- lol.
