WOOOHOOOOOOOO

it was cooler out than I thought it would be. Glad I waited awhile before going out in the heat. It was a great run. I did 2 minutes run/1 minute walk on the first half (1.7 miles) then on the way back I ran 3 minutes/1 minute walk repeats. Felt AWESOME :-) Gotta shower then go to Walgreen's. Now I'm really out of contact solution. Emma took our last bottle with her to Grandma's.
