Sleep

is a wonderful thing! I went to bed before 10 last night and woke up at 6:45 a.m. WOW that is 8 hours 45 minutes of wonderful sleep. I very rarely get that amount. I just feel better. My old body needs it. Goal tonight -- bed before 10 :)

Yesterday we all did the 5K at NML. It was pretty cool all the people running. Clint, Emma, Colin and I did our run/walk. We did 2 minutes running then 1 minute walking. Emma got pretty tired after mile 2, so the boys went ahead, and Emma and I did more walking than running. But we did run across the finish line together :) Kelly ran the whole thing and finished way before any of us. Fun morning.

Went and go Colin his football cleats. He has football camp this week from 3-7 every day. OMG i hope he survives. lol If nothing else, this will pull him out of his Xbox induced coma, and force him to get outside and sweat. And see the day of light. ha ha I'm pretty sure this camp will help him make up his mind about how serious he is about this football stuff.

9 more working days until vacation. Woooohooooo.
