A litle better . . .


I didn't really do so well this week on points -- didn't track much, yet lost 1.1. Guess my 60 minute last chance workout last night on the treadmill aided in this loss. lol I think a gained would have set me off the deep end, so thankfully I feel remotivated! Let's hope next week is down more.
