Up again at 5:30. Just finished up 48 minutes walking/running. I did 4.27 miles . YAY!! Hard to believe I'm actually staying consistent with. Lets hope this trend continues. I drank23 oz of water and am now on my second bottle.
Its still very cold here. -1 degree right now. yuck!! But the kids are heading back to school. And thankfully the Jeep has been starting right away for me every morning. Times like this when I'm really greatful to have a warm house, warm car and family.
Gotta shower and get movin.
