Goal for December

Well I came up with a little something I can do to help get through this month. From what I understand, the lawfirm gets sent a lot of food/goodies over the next month from various clients. Seems like I will be surrounded by food in december. Anyways -- this morning I walked up the 5 flights of stairs to my office :-) It felt great -- but geeze I was outta breath!! So that is my goal. I will NOT take the elevator the entire month. I will walk up to work and when I leave at night, I"ll take the steps down. And I have a big water bottle that I am going to fill and drink 2 times a day at work. So yes, that is my goal. Simple, yet healthy :-)
