Yay, I did it again -- up at 5 and on treadmill.  I did 4.01 miles -- 49 minutes run/walking.  I feel great!  So hard to get up though, but worth it.  I really think it is making my day run more smoothly.  Plus I better start losing weight.  Between this job and the kids and running a house,  I'm not eating like I was before all this started.  So yea, I guess that could be a perk.
Tammy are how you doing?  I'm on my 2nd bottle of water.  DRINK UP.
