Tuesday

Weigh in -- lost 2 pounds. Should have been more, but i pretty much blew it over the weekend. I'm happy with 2. Went to the gym this morning; 45 min. treadmill (walked 2 minutes, ran 5 minutes, repeats); 10 minutes stepmill; upper body weights. Off to a good start.
