Treadmill Tuesday
I just finished up an awesome workout -- walked w/incline 1 mile (13:40); ran mile 2 (9:20); walked mile 3 (13:25); then ran/walked mile 4 (11:25). Then cooled down. 50 minutes total workout -- 4.12 miles.
